Hook&Loop designs and builds products that scale user experience into the enterprise. Collaborating with product teams and developers within Infor, and partnering strategically with select Infor customers, H&L is relentlessly focused on user satisfaction and customer success. To achieve this, the team at Hook&Loop knows that design is not enough to deliver experiences that transform organizations and revolutionize the way people work. While embracing UX design best practices, H&L uncovers the contextual details of each user journey, understands business goals and market realities, and seizes the potential of emerging technologies to deliver always, only, exactly what the user needs right now.

The Scrum Master at Hook&Loop supports the Engineering/Design and QA teams by managing sprints and outcomes across multiple work streams.

The Scrum Master will closely partner with the Engineering/Design Managers and each of the Product Leads, who are responsible for the holistic orchestration of their work streams to deliver products on time, matching the requirements defined in the product strategy. They should have strong, multiyear experience working in an agile methodology and ideally be familiar, at the technical level, with both iOS and Android platforms for mobile applications and different backend services/APIs. Knowledge of design systems and enterprise software is desirable.

To be successful, the Scrum Master must have experience in architecting and optimizing Agile processes across multiple teams and products, organizing release timelines, identifying issues, and being metrics-driven to implement enhancements.

The Scrum Master must be able to break down projects into phases/smaller projects and assign responsibilities for each piece. They should be able to translate product requirements documents into actionable tasks for developers/designers, managing multiple projects concurrently, understanding contingencies, and minimizing the challenges of overlapping deadlines and resource allocations.

They are adept at overseeing timelines, holding teams accountable for maximizing outputs and speed of delivery, and supporting the Product Leads in working with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and reporting. They must be able to proactively seek solutions to ensure that their projects stay on track as well as escalate issues when appropriate.
